Freight and Delivery Policy
We endeavour at all times to have the goods delivered in the required timeframe and work with the courier company as far as possible to achieve this. Please be advised that delivery can take two to four working days.
For International orders please contact us so that we can advise on the delivery cost as this will vary depending on the country and weight and size of the package.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes within NZ.
Prices quoted include GST of 15% on all orders.
Please contact us immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or phoning 0221613090 if your delivery has been damaged in transit or our product is faulty and we will replace or refund your purchase in full together with the courier fee within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. Damaged or faulty product must be returned within 4 days and La Petite Chocolat are not responsible for the postage of the returned items.
Please note that La Petite Chocolat Ltd are not responsible if the order is delayed, returned or damaged due to incorrect delivery address.
Also please note we are unable to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about your order.
